Family-owned and operated from Pasadena, licensed & insured with a Master Plumber on staff, serving Anne Arundel, Baltimore, and beyond. If water or gas runs through it, we do it.
A Main Office in Pasadena
Growth meant a permanent home base - Greer Water Works opened its main office in Pasadena, the shop our trucks still roll out of every morning.
Greer Water Works Is Founded
Seeing a gap for plumbing done with his family's values, Matt founded Greer Water Works - built on reliability, straight answers, and the kind of workmanship you only get when your name is on the truck.
Commercial Plumbing
After mastering the residential side of the industry, Matt decided it was time to expand his skill set into the commercial side, working in commercial plumbing from 2004 to 2009.

Residential Plumbing
Matt grew up on those job sites, and after graduating high school he joined Mid Atlantic in 1998, working residential plumbing until 2004.
1980s
The Family's Own Company
Matt's dad and his uncle Bruce launched their own well-drilling enterprise - the business Matt grew up in, helping his dad on job sites through the summers from his elementary-school years on.

Deepening Roots
Matt's uncle Harold started his own well-drilling business, and Matt's dad joined the family business with him.
